Yes. Many generators call a 7- or 14-day trial "free", and the printed QR stops working when the trial ends. Vinteo's has no trial: creating, changing the destination and seeing scans is free forever.

Does a dynamic QR code expire?

No. Here the dynamic QR has no expiration date, asks for no card and never becomes paid. It only stops sending people to the destination if you deactivate or delete it in the panel, or if the account is blocked for abuse.
